Mash the boiled chickpeas in a bowl.
Now add the boiled peas and mash it again. Add all the other ingredients except oil and semolina. Mix well.
Now take a little amount of mixture and form it into a tikki. Repeat with the whole mixture.
Now tikkies are ready for frying so coat them with semolina and shallow fry on non-stick pan with oil.
Our tikkies are ready now. Serve with cucumber,tomato, pomegranate and coriander chutney.
